Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) has long been a neglected tool within the Criminal Justice system. Community Corrections - Jeremy has established multiple partnerships that value two-way communication and established referral superhighways. These partnerships reduced barriers for clients, increased initiation, and client program retention. In addition, Jeremy has experience creating and supervising a caseload that focuses on clients with Opioid Use Disorder with an emphasis on MAT. Jail/Prisons/Transitional Living - Jeremy has created MAT programs in both jail and transitional living programs. The programs were tailored to fit the unique characteristics of the facility.
